RHUBARB PIE

Easy rhubarb pie with oatmeal. Serve the pie with our vanilla ice cream, a guaranteed success!
INGREDIENTS
Pie:
- 150 grams of extra salted butter
- 4-5 rhubarb stalks
- 1 handful of frozen raspberries
- 1 dl whipped cream
- 2 dl Use Like sugar
- 2 dl Fiber Syrup
- 7 dl oatmeal
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt & a pinch of vanilla powder
METHOD:
Take a 20 cm pie pan and put rhubarb and some raspberries in the bottom, then sprinkle two tablespoons of Use like Sugar on top.
Mix the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan on the stove, melt the butter - pour in the cream along with the syrup and Use Like Sugar. Let it simmer slightly and add oatmeal, a pinch of salt and vanilla powder. Eat with our delicious vanilla ice cream!
