MUD CAKE

Super tasty and sticky chocolate cake. Quick and easy recipe. Enjoy with whipped cream or with our vanilla ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
Chocolate cake:
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl Use Like Sugar
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 1 dl whipped cream
- 1 dl almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp Chocolate drink
METHOD:
Melt the butter in a saucepan, switch off and add the dark chocolate and let it melt. Then pour in the cream. Beat the eggs and Use Like Sugar, then mix in the other ingredients. Bake the cake in the oven for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
Then serve the cake with our vanilla ice cream!
