GOOEY CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

This Mud cake is a must for all chocolate lovers – super delicious, wonderfully gooey, and made in a healthy way! This cake is completely free from added sugar, making it a healthier choice. Perfect to enjoy with whipped cream or a scoop of Vanilla ice cream.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 2 dl Use Like Sugar
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g butter
- 1 dl whipped cream
- 1 dl almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 2 tbsp chocolate drink
INSTRUCTIONS
Melt the butter in a
saucepan and turn off the heat. Add the dark chocolate and stir until it melts
completely. Pour in the cream and mix well. Whisk the eggs and Use Like Sugar
together until the mixture is fluffy. Then add the butter and chocolate mixture.
Add the almond flour,
baking powder, vanilla powder, and Chocodrink. Stir until everything is well
combined.
Pour the batter into a
greased pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes – the cake
should still be gooey in the center.
Allow it to cool slightly
and serve with whipped cream or a dollop of NICK’S Vanilla Bean ice cream.
