SOFT TOFFEE SPONGE CAKE WITH NO ADDED SUGAR

Recipe for a super tasty and gooey sponge cake with a twist of soft toffee completely without sugar! It's both quick and easy to make, which makes it perfect to bake when you want to quickly fix a really chocolatey but healthy sponge cake. With its gooey texture and sweet toffee bits, it's sure to become a favorite to serve as a healthy dessert or for an afternoon snack.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams melted butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 ½ dl flour
- 3 dl Use like sugar
- 1 ½ dl Chocolate drink (use less for a milder chocolate flavor)
- 5 drops of Vanilla Stevia Drops
- 4 pcs Soft Toffee
METHOD:
Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Then mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth batter.
Grease and bread a mold. Pour in the batter and place the Soft Toffee pieces on top.
Bake the cake in the middle of the oven at 200°C for 10-15 minutes
Easy as pie! Serve with whipped cream or NICK'S Vanilla Bean for extra indulgence. This sponge cake with a twist is perfect for all chocolate lovers.
