TOFFEE TOFFEE WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

Toffee toffee is a true holiday classic. Soft, chewy candy with a sweet toffee flavor made with just a few ingredients. Here's a recipe for Toffee toffee with a little chocolate twist and no added sugar. You won't be disappointed.
INGREDIENTS
Toffee toffee:
- 75 gr butter
- 2 dl whipped cream
- 1 ½ dl Fiber syrup
- 1 tbsp Chocolate drink
Decoration:
- flake salt
METHOD:
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and whisk together. Then bring the ingredients to the boil and simmer for about 50 minutes. Stir with a spoon in the pan from time to time. The batter should become thick and quite viscous. Place baking paper in a 1.5 liter loaf pan and pour in the chocolate caramel batter. Leave to cool and sprinkle with flaky salt. Then place in the refrigerator to set for a couple of hours and cut into pieces of the desired size.
Store in the refrigerator!
