TOFFEE CARAMEL WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

Toffee is a true holiday classic. Soft and chewy candy with a sweet toffee flavor made from
just a few ingredients. This recipe features a delightful chocolate twist and
is completely sugar-free. You won’t be disappointed!

INSTRUCTIONS
Place all ingredients in a saucepan and whisk
together. Bring the mixture to a boil, then let it simmer for about 50 minutes,
stirring occasionally. The
mixture should become thick and fairly sticky.
Line a
1.5-liter loaf pan with parchment paper and pour in the chocolate toffee
mixture. Allow it to cool, then sprinkle with flaky salt. Place in the
refrigerator to set for a few hours, then cut into pieces of your desired size.
Store in
the refrigerator!
