NEW YEAR'S DESSERT

This luxuriously delicious dessert has everything and more. Len chocolate pannacotta, sweet and salty caramel sauce and Crunchy caramel for extra punch.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 g Crunchy caramel
- 3 dl whipped cream
- 1 tbsp Use like sugar
- 2 tsp Chocolate drink
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 gelatine leaf
Salted caramel sauce:
- 2 dl whipped cream
- 1 dl Use like sugar
- 0,5 dl Fiber Syrup
- 3 tsp salt
- 25 g butter
- 3-5 Stevia drops caramel
- 0,5 tsp sea salt
METHOD:
Panacotta:
Melt Crunchy caramel in a water bath. Soak a gelatine leaf in cold water. Then bring the cream, Use like sugar, salt and Chocodrink to the boil. Meanwhile, whisk so that it doesn't burn. Remove the cream mixture from the plate and pour in the gelatine leaf. Whisk and finally pour in the melted chocolate. Pour into glasses and refrigerate overnight. Finally, top with caramel sauce, sea salt and chopped crunchy caramel.
Caramel sauce:
Bring everything except the butter and sea salt to the boil. Cook for 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the pan from the heat and gently add the butter while stirring. Sprinkle a little sea salt to develop the flavors slightly.
