ICE CREAM DESSERT

A delicious dessert with a mixture of ice cream, cream, chocolate and fresh raspberries. Perfect for a hot summer day in the garden under the parasol.
INGREDIENTS
- Cookie bar to put in the bottom
- 3-4 dl ice cream Cream toffee with chocolate
- ½-1 dl whipped cream
- Fresh raspberries
- Grated Dark Chocolate
METHOD:
Distribute chopped biscuit bar in the bottom of two serving glasses. Whip cream. Add ice cream, raspberries and cream. Top with raspberries and chopped chocolate. Serve immediately!
