PEANUT AND CHOCOLATE TRUFFLES

Irresistibly delicious truffles with a rich chocolate flavor. Perfect as a gift - or to serve with your coffee. Or why not eat them yourself? Roll the truffles in cocoa, nuts or other optional garnish to spice them up even more.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 bag of "cake in a cup"
- 2 Tbsp peanut butter
- 35 g Dark chocolate
- 75g Milk chocolate
METHOD:
Make the cake according to the instructions on the "cake in a cup" package, set aside to cool. Break the chocolate into a small bowl, add the peanut butter. Microwave until you can stir together until smooth. Then crumble the chocolate cake into the chocolate and peanut butter, working it into a smooth dough. Roll about 11 balls. Then melt the milk chocolate and dip the balls.
