HEALTHY CHOCOLATE MUFFINS WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

Recipe author: Malin Seijboldt

Chocolate muffins are easy to bake and quick to throw together. A real classic on the coffee table that is equally appreciated by young and old. Here you will find a recipe for chocolate muffins that are as creamy as a sponge cake but without added sugar. Healthy but absolutely delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4.5 dl flour (gluten-free for those who wish)
  • 1 dl Chocolate drink
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 bicarbonate of soda
  • 6 drops Stevia vanilla
  • 150 g Milk chocolate
  • 50 g Dark chocolate
  • 3 eggs
  • 2.5 dl Use like sugar
  • 1.5 dl rapeseed oil
  • 3 dl milk

Chocolate muffins no added sugar.

METHOD:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Whisk the eggs and Use like sugar together in a bowl so that the eggs become porous. Next, mix the milk, rapeseed oil and vanilla-flavored stevia drops. Mix all the dry ingredients together in another bowl, then add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir together until it becomes a firm batter. Chop the chocolate and add to the batter, stirring gently so that the chocolate pieces retain their size.

Place about 12 muffin tins on a baking sheet and spread the batter into the tins. Then bake the muffins for about 12-15 minutes in the middle of the oven.

Soft, gooey, healthy and delicious chocolate muffins ready to serve!

Sweet chocolate muffins wihtout added sugar.
