CHOCOLATE MUFFINS

Chocolate muffins are easy and quick to make! Here is a recipe that is as creamy as a sponge cake.
INGREDIENTS
- 4.5 dl flour (gluten-free for those who wish)
- 1 dl Chocolate drink
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 bicarbonate of soda
- 6 drops of Stevia vanilla
- 150 g Milk chocolate
- 50 g Dark chocolate
- 3 eggs
- 2,5 dl Use like sugar
- 1,5 dl rapeseed oil
- 3 dl milk
METHOD:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Whisk eggs and Use like Sugar. Mix in milk, oil and stevia drops. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Mix the egg batter and milk mixture and then add the mixture of all the dry ingredients. Chop the chocolate and stir gently into the mixture. Divide the batter into about 12 muffin tins. Bake for about 12-15 minutes.
