CHOCOLATE BISCUITS WITH PEPPERMINT

Super simple recipe and heavenly good for the Christmas table!
INGREDIENTS
- 200 g Dark chocolate or Milk chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp peppermint extract
- Chopped almonds
- sea salt
METHOD:
Melt the chocolate in a bowl (glass, porcelain or aluminum) over a water bath on the stove. Add the peppermint drops and coconut oil to the melted chocolate. Spread the chocolate thinly on a sheet of baking paper . Then chop the almonds into small pieces. Sprinkle the chopped almonds and sea salt all over the chocolate. Place the chocolate in the fridge to set. Break the chocolate into any size!
