BANANA AND CHOCOLATE PANCAKES

Chocolate pancakes are a new modern classic on the breakfast table or for a snack or evening meal.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 eggs
- 1 dl almond flour, buckwheat or rice flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- coconut oil or butter for frying
- 2 tbsp Chocolate drink
- 25 g Dark chocolate hazelnut
- 1 handful of raspberries
- Old-fashioned vanlij ice cream
DO THIS:
This recipe is a variation that adds extra fluff to your pancakes. Mix the bananas and eggs together with a hand mixer or mash the banana with a fork and then stir in the eggs. Add the dry ingredients and whisk together. Heat the frying pan to medium heat. Approximately three pancakes will fit in a standard frying pan. When the pancakes have set, turn them over and cook the other side. In this recipe we have melted more of our dark chocolate into chocolate sauce and served with ice cream and berries.
