STRAWBERRY CREAM

Making your own cream is easy as pie! This one is made with strawberries and can be made with fresh or frozen ones.
INGREDIENTS
Strawberry cream:
- 1.5 kg strawberries
- 4 dl Use Like Sugar
- 5 dl water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2-5 drops of stevia vanilla
METHOD:
Place the strawberries in a saucepan with water and bring to the boil. Then add the rest of the ingredients. Allow the cream to cool. Serve with ice cold milk or why not with pancakes?
