Recipe author: Malin Seijboldt

Here is a recipe for gluten-free pancakes that are both crispy, sugar-free and with a good taste of cardamom. Perfect for breakfast or to serve for brunch with NICK'S ice cream and fresh raspberries. Healthy, quick to make and tastes delicious.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 dl oat flour (gluten-free)
  • 0.5 dl corn flour
  • 1 tsp of fiberhusk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 0.5 tsp cardamom
  • 4 dl milk
  • 4 eggs
  • butter, to fry in
  • Fresh raspberries for serving
  • NICK'S Vanilla ice cream to serve

Healthy pancakes no added sugar.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Mix all the ingredients together into a smooth batter. Then leave the batter for 10 minutes to swell which will make it easier to fry. Then whisk the batter again and fry a little at a time in a knob of butter. Let the pancakes get a nice golden brown color and then roll them up.

Serve with fresh raspberries and Vanilla Bean!

Pancakes without added sugar.
