- 3 tbsp Chocolate drink
- 3 tbsp coffee (or water)
- 2-5 stevia drops of vanilla

grated coconut to roll in
Mud cake:

- 150 g dark chocolate
- 100 g butter
- 2/3 dl Use Like Sugar
- ½ dl whipped cream
- 1 ½ tbsp coffee
- 2-5stevia drops vanilla
-
possibly a couple of tablespoons Chocolate drink for more flavor
Chocolate filling:
- 75 g Dark chocolate
- 2 tbsp cream
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1.
Chocolate balls:
Combine all ingredients in a
bowl, adding butter in smaller pieces. Choose either coffee or water based on
your taste preference. Mix with an electric mixer until the ingredients come
together into a sticky dough. Roll the dough into balls and coat each with
shredded coconut. Place in the fridge to set.
Step 2. Mud
cake:
Preheat the oven to 175°C.
Melt butter and chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in
between until smooth. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until fully
incorporated. Line a 20 cm springform pan with parchment paper and grease it.
Pour in the batter and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the center is still
slightly gooey. Let cool.
Step 3:
Chocolate filling:
Melt the
chocolate together with the cream (Dark chocolate or Milk chocolate). A tip is
to do this in a pan over a water bath to make sure it doesn't burn. Leave to
cool for a little while.
Step 4.
Assembling the chocolate ball cake:
Spread the chocolate filling evenly over the cooled mud cake. Arrange the
chocolate balls on top before the filling sets, then drizzle additional melted
chocolate over the balls for an extra touch.
Voilà! You have a rich,
chocolatey dessert with a twist – a chocolate ball mud cake without added
sugar. Perfect to enjoy with a cup of coffee.
