WHY DON'T WE HAVE EMPTY CARBOHYDRATES IN OUR PRODUCTS?

Our entire range is wheat-free. Some are also gluten-free. Not because it's trendy, but because wheat quickly turns into sugar in the body. Wheat consists of long chains of glucose, glucose which is a type of sugar and which the body breaks down just like regular sugar.

Wheat and other "empty carbohydrates" therefore cause your blood sugar to rise quickly. Idle and strong blood sugar fluctuations are negative for your health and we want to avoid that.

As for gluten-free, we wish that all the factories we use never made anything other than our products. Now, unfortunately, there may be traces of gluten in some products, because in many cases the factories manufacture products for other companies.
