HEALTHY GRANOLA

A delicious recipe for healthy homemade granola without sugar! The best thing about making your own granola is when the kitchen is filled with lovely aromas and it becomes healthier, of course. Deliciously crunchy and good to eat for breakfast or as a snack.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 dl oatmeal
- 3 dl rye flakes
- 1 dl sunflower seeds
- 1/2 dl flax seeds
- 1 dl coconut flakes
- 3/4 dl Use like sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 dl water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp Fiber Honey
METHOD:
Mix oatmeal, rye flakes, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, coconut flakes, Use like sugar and cinnamon. Then stir together the water and oil. Pour the mixture over the flakes and stir well with your hands. Spread everything on a tray and drizzle honey over the mixture, then toast the granola for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
After the granola has cooled, you can add anything from dried apples to cranberries, your choice! A tip is to mix in the coconut flakes after half the time in the oven, otherwise they can get burnt.
