FUDGE AND CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

A dreamy fudge and chocolate cake you just have to try baking! The texture is compact and reminiscent of harder chocolate mousse. A recipe for chocolate lovers that is also completely without added sugar. Top with nuts and chocolate for extra crunch and chocolate flavor.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 egg
  • 70 g Dark chocolate
  • 40 grams of butter
  • ½ dl cream
  • 1 tbsp Use like sugar
  • 1 crumb vanilla powder

Fudge chocolate without added sugar.

METHOD:

Start by setting the oven to 175 degrees. Then line a small loaf pan that is about 8X18 cm with aluminum foil.

Melt the chocolate and butter together in a bowl. A tip is to do this in the microwave as it easily burns on the stove. Then whisk the eggs and cream separately until fluffy with an electric whisk. Then mix all the ingredients together so that it becomes a fine batter. Pour the batter into the loaf pan and top it with the chopped chocolate and nuts.

Take a deeper baking dish and fill it with water and place the bread pan with the batter in it. You have now created a water bath which you place in the middle of the oven for about 30 minutes. The consistency of the cake should start to firm up, but should still be sticky in the middle so that you get the chocolate mousse consistency of the cake.

Then let the cake cool slightly and serve it - great with coffee.

No added sugar chocolate fudge.
