FUDGE BROWNIE

The classic brownie but without sugar or gluten, a real dream for all chocolate lovers! This cake is great to eat on its own or you can serve it with cream or ice cream!
INGREDIENTS
Fudge brownie:
- 3 eggs
- 60 g Dark chocolate
- 1 ½ dl almond flour
- 1 dl almond butter
- ½ - 2/3 dl Use like sugar
- ½ dl Chocodrink
- 2 ½ tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
Topping:
- 100 g Dark chocolate
- 1 dl whipped cream
- 4 tbsp almond butter
- 1 ½ tbsp Use like sugar
Strawberries:
- 5-10 strawberries
- 40 g Dark chocolate
possibly 1 tsp coconut oil
DO THIS:
Fudge brownie:
Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Mix the dry ingredients with each other. Carefully melt the chocolate and coconut oil together. Finally, mix all the ingredients together. Line a bread pan, about 1.5 liters, with baking paper and spread the batter. Bake in the middle of the oven for about 25 minutes. Allow to cool before spreading the topping on top.
Topping:
Bring the cream to a boil and remove from the heat. Stir in the chocolate to a smooth consistency. Also stir in the sweetener and almond butter. Allow to set slightly (to a spreadable consistency).
Chocolate-dipped strawberries:
Melt the chocolate, preferably with a dash of oil. Dip the strawberries and top the brownie with the chocolate topping. Store in the fridge.
