CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH COCONUT CREAM WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

A delicious and sweet chocolate cake with an extra twist of coconut cream and berries. A perfect no sugar added chocolate cake that is suitable for all ages and is great to serve as a dessert with a coffee break.
INGREDIENTS:
Cake:
- 3 eggs
- 2dl Use like sugar
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 3 dl flour
- 75 g melted butter
- 1 dl water
- 75 g dark chocolate
Topping:
- 4 coconut cream (should be very cold) when whipped
- 5 drops of Vanilla stevia drops
- 1 tbsp Chocolate drink
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chocolate cake:
Turn on the oven at 175 degrees. Start by preparing
the mold in which the cake will be baked and lining the inside of the mold with
baking paper. Then mix the eggs and Use like sugar with an electric whisk so
that the eggs become porous. Stir in the remaining ingredients to make a smooth
batter. Pour the batter into the pan and bake in the oven at 175 degrees for
about 25 minutes. The cake should be firm and should not feel loose. Let the
cake cool down so that it sets slightly. Then divide the chocolate cake into
three parts to make layers with cream in between.
Topping:
Make sure the coconut cream is really cold and whip it
so hard that it becomes really fluffy. Add the vanilla flavored stevia drops
and chocolate drink and mix well. Spread the coconut cream between the layers
of cake and place a thick layer on top of the cake as a topping. Garnish with
fresh berries and the chocolate cake is ready to serve.
